Park Hills History Moment 09 (Oct 1949) = PHCA letter to county police in which it is revealed that traffic at Wayne & Dale is regulated by a stop sign — not a stoplight.

Park Hills History Moment 10 (Nov 1948) = Traffic lights needed on Colesville Road at Sligo Creek Parkway and also Dale + school board appointed by County Council.
